Overview

We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same
condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Also include the
receipt, or proof of purchase, reason for the return, and contact information.
Please contact us at 800-242-6612, BEFORE you ship the tent back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to
notify you that we have received your item and the approval or rejection of
your request.

If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit
will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of
payment.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to
exchange it for the same item, contact us at 1-800-242-6612 BEFORE
sending your item.

Shipping Returns

All returns should be sent to: DAC Inc Returns, 11877 Homeport
Dr. Maurepas, LA. 70449.
You will be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning your
item.
